Jan Krepelka
DirectorJan Krepelka is the director of the Laissez-faire Institute.
Jan Krepelka studied economics at the University of Geneva, Switzerland, with a dissertation about public goods theory. He also attended the Mises Summer University of the Ludwig von Mises Institute, several IES-Europe Summer Universities, Instituto Juan de Mariana Summer Universities, MPS meetings, and various Liberty International and Students for Liberty conferences.
He has worked for five years for the think tank Institut Constant de Rebecque in Lausanne and was director of its Center for Tax Competition.
His work has appeared in the Journal of Libertarian Studies, Le Temps, Bilan, Agefi Magazine and elsewhere.

François-René Rideau
Research FellowFrançois-René Rideau is a cybernetician. He studied at the École Normale Supérieure, and wrote many essays about the dynamics of choice for sentient beings, i.e. liberty. His essays are published on his blog Cybernethics and his site Liberty, as it is, and his remarks on his twitter account @fare. He also wrote the site Bastiat.org and contributes to Liberpedia and Le Québécois Libre.

Marco Ricca
Research FellowMarco founded Europe's first "ethical hacking" firm, Ilion Security, which he sold in 2008. He subsequently founded Satorys, another cyber-security startup, which he sold in 2012. Since then, he's mostly been thinking about the way the Internet is helping shape a freer world. Marco is a graduate from the EPFL and a former commissioner on Geneva's data protection council.
